The Legacy Growth Mentoring Program is geared specifically for business owners and executives of growth companies that employ less than 150 employees. The Legacy Growth Mentoring Program provides you with a personal mentor who communicates his business knowledge/experiences and becomes the catalyst that helps you implement strategies to grow your business.
The Legacy Growth Mentoring Programs is based on a blended learning approach. This blended learning approach is a combination of one-to-one interactive tele-mentoring sessions, alternative communication media, various business activity exercises, and instructional strategies. Rather than developing an instructor-paced learning style, Legacy’s blended learning approach develops a self-paced learning style. This self-paced learning style alone leads to more effective learning and increased knowledge retention.
The Legacy Growth Mentoring Program’s one-to-one sessions are both an educational exchange and an interactive forum. The educational exchange is a discussion of best business practices and tactics that apply to your current issues(s) or concern(s). The interactive forum is an opportunity for you and your Legacy Mentor/Advisor to brainstorm new ideas and to discuss strategies as they relate to various aspects of your business.
Each one-to-one tele-mentoring session is supplemented with reference materials and information that is available in a variety of communication media formats: hard-copy documents, reports, and books; electronic documents and E-books; audio cassette tapes, or video CDs. This reference material and information pertains to different subjects within each of the program’s key areas of concentration. The reference material and information not only reinforces the discussions between you and your Legacy Mentor/Advisor, but they also complement your existing business reference library.
Activity exercises within the Legacy Growth Mentoring Programs are applied to actual, real-world, day-to-day functions within your business. The exercise of applying a newly learned skill or tactic to a day-to-day function helps to streamline processes. Over time, applying new skills and tactics improve operational efficiencies.
The Legacy EGM Program starts with a “Reality Check”. The Reality Check is not only a pre-assessment of the current state of your business, but it is also a personal assessment of the level of your business knowledge and skills.
Results of the Reality Check are used to generate feedback for the purpose of:
* Recognizing existing areas within your business that require additional attention.
* Filling knowledge gaps with pertinent and valuable information.
* Establishing objectives for your strategic business plan.
* Assessing the feasibility of the strategic business plan.
This pre-assessment, or Reality Check, enables your Legacy Mentor/Advisor to focus his attention and efforts on the most relevant segments of the EGM program that provide the greatest benefits to you and your company. Your Legacy Mentor/Advisor tailors the contents of the program and its sequence to your personal and business needs and helps you master all the necessary competencies and strategies that will help your business flourish to the next level.
During the course of the Legacy Growth Mentoring Program, your Legacy Mentor/Advisor is continually monitoring the results of your activities and your progress to insure that your personal and business objectives of the program are implemented.
The Legacy Growth Mentoring Program is a flexible, comprehensive, personal business mentoring and business advisory program. The LGM Program is a series of weekly one-to-one tele-mentoring sessions. The LGM Program is structured to work directly with you, the business owner/executive, to further develop your leadership skills, and at the same time, fine-tune your management style. The LGM Program provides you, the business owner, with a highly experienced senior business executive that performs the dual role of acting as your personal business mentor, as well as, your general business advisor.

Your Legacy Mentor/Advisor also performs periodic re-assessments to determine whether or not your initial personal and business objectives have been met. If the results of a re-assessment indicate that certain objectives still have not been achieved, or if additional objectives have been identified, then further remediation is generated to achieve the desired results. This cycle of pre-assessment, learning, and re-assessment of objectives is repeated until it reflects success.
