The purpose of the Legacy Enterprise Support Program (ESP) is to provide you, the business owner, with access to the expertise and talents of an elite group of Senior Business Executives.
  This elite group of Legacy Associates works directly with you and your staff on an interim basis to assist you in implementing and executing your defined strategic objectives.  The Legacy ESP, lead by your Legacy Advisor, facilitates incremental improvements in all aspects of your company’s activity rather than concentrating on any one single aspect.

Under the Enterprise Support Program, Legacy Associates act not only as your General Business Advisors, but they also serve as a “virtual” Board of Directors.  Legacy Associates’ three-plus decades of entrepreneurial experience, combined with an affiliation in an international web-based network of top Senior Business Executives, add a tremendous scope to Legacy’s business advisory capabilities.  Legacy’s “been there, done that” practical advice and assistance provides solutions that deliver results and produces long-term sustainable improvements for your company.

The Legacy ESP is a systematic process of getting you from Point A, your current status of your business, to Point Z, your future situation.  Point Z reflects the vision  that you have for the future of your company and the goals you wish to achieve.  To effectively accomplish this transition, your Legacy Advisor must have a clear perception of current processes and their rationale.  Your Legacy Advisor will be assessing issues, internal as well as external, to determine how they are impeding your business growth.

The Legacy ESP approach focuses on 5 different components of your business and evaluates the impact that each component has on your annual revenues and your total business value.  A business is a system, and any one component within the business is inextricably linked to other components elsewhere in the business.  To effectively improve the performance of a company, it is necessary to facilitate incremental improvements in all aspects of a company’s activity, rather than concentrating on any one single aspect.  Under Legacy’s Enterprise Support Program, your Legacy Advisor, looks at the big picture – your entire company – and views the interaction of these 5
components: planning, profit, people, product, and process.

The Legacy Enterprise Support Program, a retainer-based program, is an interactive process that involves you, your staff, and your Legacy Advisor.  The ESP is designed specifically to guide, direct, and assist you and your staff in the implementation of well-defined strategies.  These well-defined strategies are formulated based on the Business Assessment Profile that is prepared by Legacy Associates.  These strategies are pivotal in achieving your targeted objectives and they effectively bridge the gap between your company’s current position and the desired position that you envision for your company.

A preliminary sequence of events takes place in order to determine the actual scope of work to be performed under The Legacy ESP.  This sequence of events begins with the Business Assessment Profile.  The Legacy BAP evaluates the past performance of your company, highlights the areas of your business that need greater attention, and provides the foundation for the strategic planning process.  The Legacy BAP is a powerful evaluation and assessment tool for focusing on strategic planning as the driving force, and not on financial issues alone.

The next step in the preliminary sequence occurs when your Legacy Advisor reviews with you the findings of the BAP and his analysis of its data.  Typically, this conversation is a series of back-and-forth discussions about the issues and challenges that your company currently faces.  A mutual agreement is reached between you and your Legacy Advisor on the key issues and challenges that require attention.  This mutual agreement also defines the required resource of people needed to achieve projected outcomes and estimates  a time-table to adequately complete the key action items within the Enterprise Support Program.

These mutually-agreed-upon key issues and challenges become the key action items that make up the scope of work under the Legacy ESP agreement.  The Enterprise Support Program Letter of Agreement between you and Legacy Associates confirms the scope of work to be completed under the ESP.  In addition to the standard terms and conditions of the ESP, the Letter of Agreement includes an estimate of the minimum number of hours required for each month during the program.  The Letter of Agreement also includes the amount of the monthly retainer fee.  The retainer fee is due and payable, a month in advance, during the course of the ESP.  Commencement of work begins under the Legacy ESP once Legacy Associates receive the signed Letter of Agreement along with the payment of the first month’s retainer fee.

The initial focus of the Legacy Enterprise Support Program is centered on the specified action items and other specific activities that make up the scope of work as outlined in the Letter of Agreement.  During the course of the ESP, your Legacy Advisor schedules a  pre-determined number of hours each month for the purpose of working with you and your staff to accomplish the established goals and objectives.  The activities of your Legacy Advisor are not limited to the specified action items.  Since different issues and situations may arise during the course of the ESP, your Legacy Advisor can shift his focus to address these new situations.

With the Legacy Enterprise Support Program, your professional services are tailored to your particular business needs.  At the center of these personalized professional services is your Legacy Advisor.  Along with the resources of his fellow Associates, your Legacy Advisor utilizes his vast business knowledge and his entrepreneurial experiences that cover a multitude of business areas, and offers you the professional guidance, advice, and assistance that you require in all facets of your business.
